As of loan officer since 2001 I bring the knowledge and experience to help customize every loan to the best benefit of my customers along with making that experience a great one throughout the loan process. My business has been solely built on referrals and realtor relationships. This is an example of the kind of customer service I bring to the table. My customers refer me business as well as other real estate professionals because they trust me to give them a great experience and offer the best product to whoever they send my way. I have made a lot of friendships over the years through the customers I work with and that is something very special to me. There is nothing better than gaining rewarding relationships through “work”. It is an honor that I am trusted with one of the biggest financial decisions a customer can make, but then adding a friendship to that as well is just icing on the cake. It doesn’t feel like work when you are working with people you truly care about.

Communication is the key in any loan process and that is something I do not take lightly. I always provide my cell phone and will answer my phone anytime, even after hours or on the weekends. I understand that not everyone can speak during normal work hours, so I make myself available whenever needed.  I pride myself in not only a great experience for every customer but offering a very competitive rate and fee structure as well.
